Internet orders are usually shipped within (3) days of receiving an order. Most orders will be delivered within (5) days of shipment, but be aware that this can vary depending on country. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your DildoCase account and checking your order history. We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
DildoCase uses reputable express services from DHL/UPS/ Canada Post for most deliveries. Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.

Yes, however, it is important when you receive your DildoCase that you proceed to a hand washing or delicate cycle before the first utilisation, of all the pockets for personal hygiene reasons. Add a soap that keeps the colors bright for dark fabrics, which prevents the product from altering colors and not discolor on your valuables. However DildoCase does not guarantee 100% that the fabric does not discolor off your dildos or other objects if they are fabricated using low manufacturing quality.

Your 10 year warranty is automatically registered when your 1 year warranty is registered. It comes into effect on the day after your 1 year warranty expires.

The 1-year warranty covers you up to one year after the purchase date. If there is a problem within this time you can claim and can receive a free replacement. The 10-year warranty covers your product for the ten years subsequent to your 1 year warranty’s expiration date. If you encounter a problem with your DildoCase product within this time, you will be entitled a discount the purchase of a new device based on the % use depending on the year of the claim. All DildoCase products similarly carry a 1-Year Warranty, but do not fall under the 10 Year Guarantee. Full coverage details can be found within your product's packaging.

On the DildoCase homepage, click (Log In) in the upper right corner of the page. Once at the login page, select the (Contact us) option and enter your information. After you have created your account and are logged in, you can click on Warranty and enter the information that applies to your DildoCase product. The model and serial number of your product can be found on the back of the one (1) year warranty booklet attached to the handle of your DildoCase.
